About Vines Creek Nursery

Delaware Nurseries Vines Creek Nursery was founded in 2006 by Tom Lowe. Lowe brought 25 years of plant and landscaping experience to his operation in Omar, just east of Frankford, Delaware.

A 1981 graduate of the University of Delaware, Lowe worked in all facets of the landscaping business before opening Vines Creek Nursery. Through the years, he served as foreman of landscaping crews and as a grower, managed a garden center, and served as business manager of a landscaping firm, including developing preliminary landscape plans.

Vince Murphy, Vines Creek Nursery's grower, has 20 years of growing experience with nurseries and landscaping firms in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New York state.
